Born in Agadir, Maha Haddioui started golf at the age of 13.

Maha has chosen to pursue graduate studies in the United States, at Lynn University in Boca Raton in Florida while preparing for a professional golfer career. In college, Maha was the golf team’s captain and was elected Golfer of the Year and Athlete of the Year by the Association of Americans Golf Coaches.

In 2010, after earning his Master in International Business, Maha Haddioui came back to Morocco. She began her professional golfer career. Two years later, she became the first professional Moroccan and Arabic golfer to participate in the European Tour after winning the first stage of the Qualifying School. In 2013, she became a full time member of the Ladies European Tour.

A true rising star of Moroccan golf, Maha participated in the largest Golf Opens. She has been voted the best Moroccan Sportswoman of the Year in 2013 and in 2014.

Since she first started, the circuit of this young sportswoman is remarkable. She is the first Arab player to have joined the Ladies European Tour and aims to qualify for the Rio de Janeiro 2016 Olympic Games.
